With only days left until the VMAs, Miley Cyrus is teasing fans with tiny pieces of her Bangerz album cover before she’s slated to take the stage at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn on Sunday.

To get her fans voting for her Best Song of the Summer nod, she has promised that she will share a new piece of her album cover along the way. And on Thursday night (August 22), she gave her fans just that. The new piece is tiny, but it features a peek at her derriere in tiny black shorts. She wrote, “Later LA! Where do you think Boo is flying off to?!? Keep voting for the next piece of #BANGERZ!#votemiley.”

One day before, Miley tweeted out another tiny piece, featuring the logo for the album, in hot pink lettering, Bangerz (out October 8), attached to a cup that Boo the teddy bear was sitting behind.

Currently Miley and her video for “We Can’t Stop” sits in second place (with more than 3.5 million votes) behind One Direction’s “Best Song Ever” (at over 5.8 million votes) in the Best Song of the Summer category. Filling out the nominees is Selena Gomez’s “Come & Get it”(#3), Robin Thicke’s “Blurred Lines” (#4), Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” (#5) and Calvin Harris featuring Ellie Goulding duo “I Need Your Love” (#6).

Cyrus, who is also up for Best Female Video and Best Pop Video, will be hitting the stage at the 2013 MTV Video Music Awards on Sunday, as well as fellow nominee Robin Thicke. Best Song nominees Selena Gomez and One Direction are among the A-listers slated to appear at the big show, going live from Barclays at 9 p.m. ET/PT.
